The terms that cover your account

One document runs your whole bajitaka account, written in plain English and shown before you confirm anything. It covers your wallet, your slot sessions and our cricket markets on BPL nights, and it only changes when we publish a new version on this page.

DATA AND LOGIN SAFETY

How we handle your account data

A page of rules only works if you can see how we apply it. Account data stays tied to the details you registered with, and any written request is answered from the same record our support team reads. We do not sell wallet history. Cookies keep a session alive and show us which lobby screens stall, nothing beyond that. When a request lands, it goes through verification before anything is released or changed.

Data we hold Your name, wallet number, transaction history and device details are stored so we can run the account and keep the records local rules require. You can ask for a copy of what we hold.
Cookies and sessions Session cookies keep you signed in on your phone between visits. Analytics cookies tell us where the lobby loads slowly. Clear them in your browser and you simply sign in again with a one-time code.
Login security Each sign-in on a new device asks for the one-time code sent to your registered number. Never forward that code, even to someone who says they are from support. Our team will not ask for it.
Retention and changes A closed account keeps its transaction records for the period our terms and local rules require, then those records are removed. Ask for a correction from the registered email and we update the file.
REACHING ACCOUNT HELP

Getting a terms question answered

Terms questions reach us two ways, and both leave a record. Chat suits a quick clause check while you are sitting in the lobby; email suits anything you want written down, like a data request or an account closure. Keep your account number and the transaction date handy. If the problem sits with your wallet rather than us, we still want the reference number, since that is what lets us find the payment on our side. Players in Dhaka and elsewhere in Bangladesh join the same queue.

Team online

Chat from any page

Open chat from the footer of this page and paste the clause you are asking about. The agent pulls the same text you are reading, so the answer matches the document word for word.

Email for written requests

Send account changes or a closure request from your registered address. We answer in writing, which gives you a dated record of the decision and the clause it rested on.

Wallet-side payment queries

If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer shows on your statement but not in your wallet, send the transaction ID through chat. We match that reference against our own payment record.

Questions about our terms

These are the points players raise most often when they read the document for the first time. Each answer points to the clause that covers it, so you can check the wording yourself before you act.

Yes. Every wallet route, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay alike, sits under the same account and payment clauses. The funds must come from an account registered in your own name.

No. One account per person and per wallet number. A duplicate gets merged or closed, and any balance sitting on the second account is handled under the duplicate-account clause.

We post the new version here and change the date at the top of the page. Carry on using your account after that and the updated terms apply. If you object, ask us to close it.

Write from the email registered on your account and say what you need. We verify the request against your account details before releasing anything, then reply in writing.

Usually a name mismatch between your wallet and your account, or a transfer we cannot trace. Send the transaction reference and the team will look at the case against the withdrawal clause.

Yes. Access depends on your local law and eligible regions, and some payment routes are not open across all of Bangladesh. Check that first, before you send a deposit.
